Each TARANNUM AHMED garment is individually made upon order and produced specifically for you.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been confirmed for production.
To help ensure the best possible fit, complimentary sizing assistance is available with every order, and our team will review relevant measurements before production begins.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & MATERIAL DISCREPANCIES
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs materially from the specifications confirmed with you, please contact Client Services promptly with your order details and clear photographs showing the issue.
Once reviewed, an appropriate resolution may include repair, remake or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the order. Each case will be assessed individually by our team.
Where a manufacturing defect or material discrepancy from the confirmed order specifications has been verified, we will arrange and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled prior to production confirmation.
Once your measurements and garment specifications have been reviewed, confirmed and the garment has entered production, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please contact Client Services at the earliest opportunity if you wish to amend or cancel an order.
