As each garment is made upon order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before dispatch, unless a different production time is stated on the product page.
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched and is additional to the production period.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Standard shipping across India is complimentary.
Delivery is typically approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote locations may require additional time.
Once your order leaves us, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact Client Services. Our team will liaise with the courier and initiate a trace or investigation.
Where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with the order and shipping policy.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International ordering is not yet available. International ecommerce will be introduced in a later phase.
