PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

TARANNUM AHMED garments are made to order unless otherwise stated. Product imagery and colours are presented as accurately as reasonably possible; however, minor variations may occur across displays and as a natural result of the production process. Fabrics and finishes may pass through multiple stages of dyeing, cutting, construction and hand-finishing, and slight variations in tone; texture or finish may therefore occur from one garment to another. These subtle differences are inherent to the making process and are not considered defects.

PRICING

India prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes where stated. USD/EUR prices shown during Phase 1 are international positioning prices; international checkout is not yet available.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

An order is accepted subject to successful payment and any required review of sizing or order specifications.

SIZING & CUSTOM SIZE

Standard sizes are offered from XXS–XL. Custom Size is complimentary. Measurements submitted by the customer are reviewed before production. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and responding to clarification requests.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

The standard production lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks before dispatch unless otherwise stated. Lead times are estimates and may vary where circumstances reasonably require.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

As TARANNUM AHMED garments are individually made to order, requests for changes or cancellations must be made before an order has been confirmed for production. We will do our best to accommodate changes to sizing, colour or other approved garment specifications where possible, but all requests are subject to the stage of production, fabric availability and approval by us. Once measurements and relevant order specifications have been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact Client Services at the earliest opportunity if you wish to amend or cancel your order.

SHIPPING

India shipping terms, charges and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy. International ecommerce will be introduced separately.

RETURNS, DEFECTS & ORDER ISSUES

Because garments are individually made upon order, change-of-mind returns/exchanges are not ordinarily available once production is confirmed. Manufacturing defects or material deviations from confirmed specifications will be reviewed in accordance with the Returns / Order Issues Policy and applicable law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, designs, imagery, text, logos and other brand material are owned by or licensed to TARANNUM AHMED and may not be reproduced without permission.

LIMITATION / APPLICABLE LAW

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TARANNUM AHMED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our garments. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

These Terms, and any purchase made through the TARANNUM AHMED website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law, the courts of New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or an order placed with TARANNUM AHMED. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict, exclude or override any statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
